SHIPPING

Shipping will occur ASAP (excluding weekends and legal holidays) after successful payment completion, seller is not responsible for delays within the delivery service transit time, package shipping tracking information will be provided when it is available;

backorder delays may apply (notification will be given);

every attempt will be made to ship globally to confirmed delivery addresses, however, international customers (external to the USA continental 48) should obtain delivery address confirmation prior to ordering and payment, and additional shipping / handling charges may apply in addition to shipping / handling charges quoted for the item(s); see individual item(s) for normal regular default specific shipping information (services, availability, & charges) as may apply; digitally delivered (download) items ship anywhere in cyberspace;

for multiple item orders, combined shipping / handling charges may or may not apply (depending on product item(s) comprising the total order) due to size and weight dimensions applicable per item and wholesale supplier source, seller will offer combined shipping / handling charges to benefit the buyer when ever possible;

Damaged freight claims will only be accepted if covered by shipping insurance, (some items automatically include shipping insurance as part of shipping and handling, on items where shipping insurance is optional, buyer should select it for coverage to apply);

Items available with digital delivery have NO shipping & handling charges, and are available immediately upon successfully completed payment.

TERMS OF PURCHASE - RETURNS

All sales are final; returns must first be authorized by seller, who must be contacted within 7 days of buyer's receipt of item.

Damaged freight claims will only be accepted if covered by shipping insurance, (some items automatically include shipping insurance as part of shipping and handling, on items where shipping insurance is optional, buyer should select it for coverage to apply); authorized returns (for damaged items) can be negotiated for monetary refund or exchange.

Buyer should note any specific return policies per item, as included per item listing, which terms supercede these general terms.
